- Is this a medical service?
- No. It's cosmetic and wellness guidance, not diagnosis or treatment. If your photos or answers suggest something that needs a professional — like possible infection or a rapidly changing lesion — we'll tell you to see one instead of guessing.
- Who sees my photos?
- Only what's needed to generate your report. They're stored privately, never on a public URL, and never used to train models unless you separately opt in. You can delete them anytime — see the trust center.
- Is the report written by AI or a person?
- Right now, AI generates it, and we label it clearly. We're testing a manual-review option for some users — if a human reviewed your report, it says so.
- What if I don't want to upload photos?
- You can still get a plan from your intake answers alone. It'll be less specific about visible skin and hair details.
- Do you sell my data or push affiliate products?
- We're validating demand right now — there's no affiliate program live. If that changes, recommendations stay ranked by fit, not by who pays more, and any paid link is disclosed.
