We're an early, experimental product testing whether this idea is worth building further. Facial photos are sensitive, so we built the handling of them before almost anything else. This page explains exactly what happens to your data, in plain language.

What the AI actually does

When a vision model is configured, it looks at your intake answers and photos and describes what's visible — things like apparent oiliness, visible redness, or hair texture — using cautious, descriptive language. It is instructed to never diagnose a medical condition, never invent a numeric "skin score," and never rank an unchangeable physical trait as a defect.

What the AI cannot do

• It cannot diagnose skin conditions, infections, or anything requiring a clinician.
• It cannot guarantee results.
• It is not reviewed by a dermatologist unless we explicitly say so for your report.

How your photos are stored

Photos are stored in a private bucket — never a public URL. They're served back to you only via a short-lived signed link that expires in minutes. Nobody can view your photos by guessing or sharing a link.

Who can access your photos

Only automated processing needed to generate your report (and, if we build a manual-review feature, a vetted reviewer — never presented as a dermatologist unless one actually is). We do not sell or share your photos with third parties.

Training data

We do not use your photos to train or fine-tune any model unless you separately and explicitly opt in during onboarding. That box is never pre-checked.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your photos and account data anytime from this page. We process these manually right now (no automated admin tool yet) and aim to complete them promptly.

Product recommendations

We don't have an affiliate program live. If we introduce one, recommendations will stay ranked by fit for you, not by commission, and any paid relationship will be disclosed.

Regulatory note

We're building with India's DPDP Act and relevant CDSCO/telemedicine guidance in mind, but we have not yet had this reviewed by a lawyer specializing in health-tech or data protection. We are not claiming legal compliance — that review is a prerequisite before any commercial launch.
